Kareisha’s team continues to be pursued by Hersh. As their camper escapes into the forest, they use rolling logs to block his pursuit, but Hersh becomes furious after his hairstyle is ruined in the process. The trio soon discovers that the dark aura emitted by Arcane Demon Lord is connected to Hersh, confirming that he is one of the subordinates of Maxwell, the force that once invaded the Lotri Continent long ago . While Kareisha is planning their next route, Hersh blocks their path again. Acting impulsively, Sergio challenges Hersh to a one-on-one battle but is defeated. At a critical moment, Kareisha uses a replica Nado to distract Hersh, allowing the team to escape safely. After their escape, Sergio accidentally injures Kareisha, and under the influence of Maxwell’s dark power, Sergio begins to suffer from hallucinations.
