Everyone tries their best to help CHOR speak again, but fails. HO is annoyed to see LAM dating other male colleagues from college after KIN and LING get back from their honeymoon. SHUM listens to FAN’s advice and breaks the ice between her and FAI when she gives FAI a watch as a birthday present. HO is sent to the hospital for an appendectomy . FAI dashes to Macau for a visit, but unfortunately drops his wallet and identity card on the way and cannot get back to Hong Kong. SHUM is annoyed by FAI not coming home to celebrate his birthday with her. FAI stays in the hospital and listens to KIU as she tells him all HO’s stories in her childhood. That makes FAI feel that he was not a good father to her . SHUN lies to SHUM saying that he and FAI were trapped in an elevator all night and gets SHUM’s forgiveness. KIU and HO meet SHUM and FAN when they are trying to return FAI’s watch……
