CHIU is depressed and he meets NAM again. When CHIU knows that NAM has been poisoned, he worries much. Therefore he accompanies her. Meanwhile TONG knows the facts from FONG and CHEUNG and he feels guilty as he has misunderstood CHIU. WAI uses CHIU's crime as an excuse to force CHING to resign, luckily TONG brings FONG and CHEUNG to release CHING. When WAI's people take FONG and CHEUNG away, TONG sets them free . TONG is discontented with WAI's attitude, so he goes to steal WAI's fortune and distribute it to the poor. WAI is angry. At the same time, the dispute between TONG and CHIU has not been settled down because of FONG and CHEUNG.
