The scramble for Yu Lin's shares ends up in legal action. The court sentences that Siu Kwan has the right to get back the shares and it makes Chung Shun very anguish. Han Tung is so absent-minded that he agrees to marry Sai Sai without second thought. Thus, Sai Sai takes an active role in preparing the wedding. When Han Tung knows that he finds the pretext as he has to help Chung Shun to face the plight in order to postpone the date of wedding . Siu Kwan spreads the rumors which claim that Yu Lin is in financial difficulty. And he asks Chung Shun to give him 50 million; otherwise, he will dissolve the partnership. It makes Chung Shun in trouble. Sau Fong finds the letter which states that Siu Kwan has sold all the shares to Chung Shun by chance. Siu Kwan scrambles it with her and he even threatens her with the lives of the daughters . In order to save her, Chung Shun gives the letter back to Siu Kwan……
