The police force is angry as BILL has attempted several serious cases and killed a number of policemen. As KWAN thinks that BILL's aims at him so he continues his work. Once he takes an innocent people as BILL and he is subject to criticism by the press. When he is fighting crime, KWAN is exhausted and faints. Receiving treatment, KWAN recovers completely. BILL secretly returns to China. He brings a lot of money to FUNG's father . FUNG's father is happy but he reports to the police as he wants to get the promised money from the police. BILL has to escape. FUNG's father poisons FUNG so as to sell her to a rich man. BILL saves FUNG and decides to go to the USA with her. FUNG wants to take pictures in wedding gown and BILL wants to satisfy her want. However the police -force is attracted and follow them . FUNG is hurt and BILL leaves her as the police will send her to the hospital……
