CHI HEI persuades HAM FUNG to appoint SHUN CHI as the next emperor. HAM FUNG is convinced and he also releases those imprisoned to gather fame for his son. CHING thinks that he will also become free under the new order. SUK SHUN wants to kill him before the arrival of the official announcement. Luckily it arrives just in time to save CHING. SUK SHUN is discontented and accuses CHI HEI in front of HAM FUNG . However HAM FUNG has no interest in their argument. SUK SHUN discovers that CHI HEI is supported by CHUNG and he asks SHAN to transfer CHUNG to a barren region so as to weaken CHI HEI's power. With KEI's assistance, CHUNG finds the" Dragonfly Dipping Water". He rushes to tell SHAN.
