The Queen Mother pretends to have mercy on FUNG and agrees to let TAK marry her. In fact she keeps a close eye on her so as to find the scroll. CHU is jealous of FUNG. She pretends to be good to her but at her back, she curses FUNG. When her plan is discovered, she is scolded by TAK and the Queen Mother. CHU releases her anger on HAU WAN. HAU WAN is unhappy and goes to talk with KI . They have mutual understanding and at last HAU WAN sleeps with KI. CHU is depressed as even the Queen Mother has ignored her. At last she wants to poison herself and FUNG but the plan is in vain and she is kept in custody. At last CHU realises her fault and she begs FUNG to forgive her and they accept each after. CHO cures LUEN as he wants to know where the scroll is. However LUEN decides not to tell even he may die . Therefore CHO turns his stress on FUNG. The Queen Mother pretends that she will assist TAK and FUNG against CHO……
