Hui and Chung are penniless when released from jail. After much effort, they find out that their former partner, Ting Fu Sin, who made his escape and altered his name, has turned rich making use of the money that they robbed. The two thus decide to approach him. Hui and Cheung send men to frighten Ting. Not knowing the truth, Leung reports to the police. Knowing that the matter is serious, Ting approaches the police to close the case . Wai gets promoted and all celebrate for him. Seeing that Wai has established himself, Mui asks him to get married quickly. Wai thus proposes marriage to Ching who agrees to it. The two then happily make arrangements for their marriage. Hui and Cheung finally finds Ting and the two then asks for a large sum of money from him. Ting delays them on one hand and on the other, seeks help from Lam.
