TAT is forced by SUET YI to divorce with YUK HING. YUK HING tries to be calm and discusses with TAT about SUET YI's character, hoping that he will change his mind but at last TAT leaves her. HAI is angry and goes to TAT's office to question him but this does not change TAT's decision. SAN returns and wants to meet MAN CHUN but this is interrupted by MO CHING . When they meet, they cannot cane to mutually accepted decision and finally they decide to divorce. HAI knows that SAN is bearing a baby and suggests her to tell MAN CHUN. SAN does not want MAN CHUN to stay simply for the baby, so she refuses HAI's suggestion. MAN CHUN collects evidence about HONG MING's corruption and he reports to the police. Before YUK NAM dies, she requests him to manage "Shui Lung" properly and he agrees . She passes away peacefully.
