JOHN suddenly withdraws. LEUNG is very nervous. SHING and YING dare not to tell them their relationship for the moment. LEUNG is very self-conceited. He is reluctant to ask his parents for help. SHING begs CHUNG to sell their flat for LEUNG's sake. CHUNG refuses. SHING then turns to SHAN. YEE tells LEUNG's parents the case. LEUNG's parents have procured five hundred thousand dollars. LEUNG goes to see YING happily . He finds YING and SHING are dating. LEUNG beats SHING angrily. SHAN lends three hundred thousand to LEUNG. LEUNG thinks that YING still loves him. Thus, he does not give up YING. MAN and W AH have a baby. YING is happy to see SHAN and MAN who could cope with each other harmoniously. SHAN thanks MAN who has disclosed her the truth so that she will not have any illusion. YING is determined to break up with LEUNG.
