WONG KIT recalls that the gold was lost after the death of the receiver, CHAN CHUNG. HUNG employs CHU, a private eye to investigate YAU, who has some connection with the lost gold. KIT LING finds that YAU suddenly becomes a rich man forty years ago and he places a strange advertisement in the newspaper for a strang appointment every year. CHIU then discovers that YAU is her uncle and visits him in order to find some clues on the lost gold . YAU is indifferent to CHEU and tells her nothing. YAU then employs CHU to investigate HUNG when he discovers that HUNG is suspecting him.
