OAI wants to solve the problem but in turn he is forced out by Mother PAK. DAI becomes homeless and has to live in Ngai Heung Yuen again. When TSOI knows that, he forces FONG to send DAI away, otherwise, he will increase the rent. However, FONG is willing to stop the business rather than bear the high rent. TSOI fears that he will lose the place of happiness and promises not to raise the rent within five years anymore . Tsar knows that DAI's western shop is going to be opened. He asks the workers to decorate his opium-den quickly in order to win over DAI. On the day their business starts, DAI is dissatisfied with TSOI's behaviour.
