LING stays in the Mahjong Playing Shop and is addicted to mahjong playing as she always wins. Later, YING discovers and asks her to repent. LING eventually repents and decides to live anew. KI eventually knows that YING is the one who gave him artificial respiration. He feels very unease. He wants to thank her but YING always avoids him. The YANG's family is dissatisfied with HING's behaviour. They boycott her and instigate KI to cast her aside . KI refuses. KI has a chance to thank YING. YING accepts his thanks. Later, KWAN witnesses the situation and misunderstands that they have an affair. It was spread over the village. They are difficult to get at the truth. KWAN is very angry. KI uses all his money to buy a ring for HING and proposes to marry her. Unexpectedly, HING claims that she has already known a new boyfriend and elopes with the new guy. KI again suffers a great blow……
