The Star of Yan Wo, Senior Psychiatrist Dr LAW WING HANG points out during an interview that the cutter extremist committed crime again as he may be a psychopath. The psychiatric nurses CHI, NGA and SAN are full of praise for his professionalism while YAN, SUM and CHUN are thinking otherwise. They think disdainfully about his hypocritical behavior. The cutter extremist TAI CHI HO wants to commit crime again and YAN becomes his target . YEE and her superior Inspector CHUNG KWOK BUN arrest HO. HO is a mildly mentally handicapped and was once the patient of YAN. YAN wants YEE to investigate since he suspects that HO is suffered from a lot of irritant and battering. SHAU YEE was once the superior of BUN and BUN went over to his place for dinner. SUM tries to get the children together and convinces SAU WAI to buy a new car. Yet eventually no one stands on his side……
