YAN is in a towering anger that FUNG and YEE have helped YEUNG to save TIN. TZI-YAN, severely wounded, dies. The grief-stricken TIN wants to kill himself. Before he dies, he gives the diagrams and text of the Tui Bei Tu to YEUNG and asks him to pass them to HEI and NA. YEUNG interrogates MUN why he killed HEI and NA. TIN, who is not dead yet, overhears their conversation . YEUNG asks NA if TZI-YAN had told her how to decipher the text; the answer is negative. YEUNG is very obsessed with the thought of becoming the emperor. MUN tells him that becoming YAN’s son-in-law will certainly help. FUNG wants to kill herself but she is stopped by YEE. YEE helps FUNG run away from the palace. YEE asks YEUNG to take good care of FUNG. WAH has lost his sanity from taking too much 5-stone powder . Provoked by HEI, WAH slaps FUNG on the face. YAN expels WAH and his father from the capital upon learning about this. YAN demands YEUNG to leave FUNG.… ...
