MIN accidentally damages a tie he is trying and TSZ helps him resolve the problem. CHING is looking for new tenant. Everybody discovers that WING is looking for a new place to stay so they rush to remove the notice posted by CHING. However, CHUEN gives the notice to WING… WING’s daughter KA PO comes to CHING’s building and FAN introduces himself in front of her. WING misconceives that FAN is bullying PO and he beats him madly . DOR brings some grain worms to share with FAN but PIK and her maid suddenly arrive. DOR leaves in a hurry and meets NI who is selling gold ornaments. WING forces all tenants to celebrate his birthday and everybody is not pleased. LIN accidentally discovers that NI is keeping a big bottle of grain worms so she cooks it. WING set up a gambling table for everyone during his birthday party. PO accidentally finds WING’s gold ornaments . NI tries to snatch it back but WING discovers it.
