SUM indicates that there is an empty room ever since UNCLE BIU has moved out of the LUNG FOOK male dormitory and asks KEUNG to be responsible to rent it out. When SUM reports the corporate affairs to WAI, WAI carelessly leaves his MP3 player in the car. KEUNG hides the MP3 player away and listens to its content together with KIU but the recording is extremely boring. LUNG informs KEUNG that there is a tenant and it turns out to be BO . KEUNG gets everybody to come for a meeting and points out the plot of BO by moving into the dormitory. SUM thinks that KEUNG just worries too much. KEUNG does not believe the judgment from LUNG and decides to find out the truth by himself. KEUNG makes an excuse to do the decoration for BO and quietly puts an eavesdropping device inside the room… When BO and HUNG find the eavesdropping device, BO thinks that SUM plays a trick to frame him……
