KEUNG eavesdrops that BIG NIP has some ill intentions towards YEE and exposes his intrigue in front of everybody. Yet YEE feels that KEUNG is taking her for CHOW MEI-MEI… KEUNG mentions the matter to SUM again and SUM claims that she is incriminated when KEUNG has offended WAI and BIG NIP. SAI points out that WAI has not taken any action as to make SUM break ties with KEUNG and dismisses him… SEE-MAN informs YEE that KUENG wants to resign .
