CHAI CHEUNG had a night full of nightmares. The most daunting one was the resignation of his nurse, SUSAN. But when he tells his two sisters, CHAI SUM and CHAI CHUEN, they both think it is not a bad thing for SUSAN to go. SUSAN hands it her resignation to CHEUNG as gets to the clinic. He turns to his good friend TONG KAM-PO for help. PO suggests hiring a replacement before SUM and CHUEN find out about it . PO has arranged a beautiful girl called “BLUEBERRY” to come for an interview. But two other nurses show up instead. It turns out that CHUEN and SUM have learnt about the matter and has each arranged a nurse for him.
