YAN is worried since her accountant has not done the declaration for her. KIT introduces his friend whom is an accountant to help her out. YAN recognizes LOK-MAN is the man who courageously scared away the rascals the other day. HON meets the client, HUNG ZHANG whom is charged by the police for visiting the prostitute. HON believes that ZHANG is innocent and decides to help him. MAN invites YAN to go for horse riding and YAN brings YU along . When YAN receives a bouquet from MAN, she asks YU to drop a hint to MAN as to reject his courtship. KIT bumps into YAN in the lift after work and the lift suddenly falls rapidly. KIT tries to comfort YAN and cannot help kissing her.
