ICAC accuses CHOI and HONG of corruption case and they both plead not guilty. HONG does not understand why the female emcee, HELEN has become a tainted witness as to frame him up. HIM decides to investigate HELEN. HON brings along the transcript bill to meet TUNG at a small food store. When his wife knows that it costs to appeal, she strongly opposes TUNG to appeal . HON reads through the transcript and the verdict carefully and finally find the grounds of appeal. TUNG is thrilled to know that there is a hope to reverse the verdict.
