BEI manages to flee out of Xinye, which infuriates TSO no end. As arranged by KEI, BEI and his people begin to settle down in Jiangxia, which is nothing more than a barren land in FEI’s eyes. BEI blames himself for bringing his people to Jiangxia and causing them so much suffering. LEUNG suggests naming their new settlement “Xinye Village” so as to foster a sense of belonging among their fellow countrymen . Lady CHOI has unveiled her political ambition, which has evoked jealousy in TSO and causes him to kill her later on. Knowing that Lady CHOI and her son have been killed, KEI is going to surrender to TSO. The Chief Doctor reports that hundreds of villagers have come down with an unknown disease while YUE is also feeling unwell, both of which seem to be the early signs of a widespread epidemic . SHUN manages to track the source of the epidemic and brings it under control soon afterwards.… ...
