LEUNG and SHUN go to see CHOU YUE to discuss the forthcoming military arrangements. Surprisingly, CHOU YUE does not show up and gets his assistant to pass a list of tasks to LEUNG and SHUN. Despite his despicable attitude, BEI and LEUNG urge everyone to put up with CHOU YUE. Madam KAM comes back from the temple without the company of YAU . Knowing that YAU is still recovering from being abandoned by him, SHUN feels so guilty and is looking to make it up to her. SHUN offers to go to Yizhou for the purchase of timber, so that YAU can come back to the General’s Residence without having to confront him. LEUNG realizes that SHUN has become far more thoughtful than before. CHOU YUE needs LEUNG to finish making 100,000 arrows within a month .
