CHRIS and YEE are waiting for their client MR LEE to show up at a restaurant, but LEE fails to show up for the meeting. Afraid to let past events get to them, they immediately check the bill and leave, only to bump into each other in a different restaurant. Not much later, CHRIS again chances on YEE in a shop where he rents an umbrella. The two end up walking in the rain under one umbrella. YEE finds CHRIS’ gesture very moving . The news that YEE’s taking a few days off leaves CHRIS in a disturbed state of mind. He drives home en route Crouching Dragon Villas where he catches glimpses of YEE standing on the balcony of SHEUNG’s flat. The sight shatters his heart.
