This episode is a parallel alternate reality that expounds more upon the QT force using baseball as the demonstration forum. Consequently, Honoka plays the role of catcher/contract administrator while Akiha conducts herself as a mysterious pitcher that has been endowed with QT powers . The plot wields Itsuki as an orphan with dormant QT powers that has traded baseball for a career as an office lady and charges her an important stewardship: extinguishing Akiha's rampage of revenge. Itsuki is able to stalemate Akiha at her first confrontation due to the structural damage accumulated by the latter reaching critical mass . While Akiha's prologue is explained prior to the doctor's arrival, Itsuki approaches the baseball demon Leopard for his instruction which comes at a high price. Ultimately, Itsuki and Akiha learn that they have both been wielded as tools that have outlived their usefulness.
