SHAN and WO get to Mui Wo by sampan. SHAN has dirtied her clothes so the two of them head for a hotel to clean themselves up. WO offers to iron her clothes and SHAN feels so grateful for his thoughtfulness. HING, as instructed, is to reform the company which LEUNG is working for. Also, he plans to offer LEUNG early retirement . MAY has got pregnant for five months, and WAI, who very much looks forward to the birth of their baby, is particularly concerned about MAY’s health. WAI has promised his friend that he will look after his son SING, who is incredibly naughty. WO gives SING a treatment and discovers that the boy, who was brought up in an unhappy family, often feels left out . Later on SING is diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome, the symptoms of which include involuntary tics and gurgling screams. HING has dismissed LEUNG from his job and LEUNG is deeply irked by this……
