ALEX receives a call from STEVE at 6 o’clock in the morning telling him to go to Shum Shui Po, where he and INDERPAL have recently opened a juice shop. KIN dashes out to the road again to try to get a business but CHING-CHIK stops her . Quoting sources as saying that major developers in town are going to acquire dilapidated premises in To Kwan Wan, CHUN, who is the boss of KIN and CHING-CHIK, requests his agents to try to acquire as many flats in To Kwan Wan as possible. SAM is out of town. ALEX plans to apply for a few days’ leave but LING-CHING hands him an ES project progress form, telling him to speed up the research and develop progress . An old woman is selling her flat at a very low price. CHING-CHIK finds that it is indeed a haunted apartment, but KIN believes it is now or never. AARON is interested in KIN’s investment plan.
