One of LAI’s family members testifies for YAT and emphasizes that what he says in his statement is absolutely true. SUM blames YAT and the CHEUKS for providing false statements. She goes on to point out that, according to the records provided by Hong Kong’s Immigration Department, YAT was in Australia for about ten days around the Dragon Boat Festival and that what he said in his previous statement is just a pack of lies .
