It starts with Nobita and Gian playing and Suneo brings the Dog King and says if anyone disobeys him, he will punish the one who disobeys. This makes Nobita angry, and he and Doraemon catch a lion. The lion later develops a friendship with Nobita but they send the lion back to its place. Before it, he meets the Dog King in the night . It ends with the next evening after sending the lion back, Suneo tells Nobita to kneel down at the Dog King, which he refuses. Suneo tells the Dog King to punish Nobita, but he runs away instead. (This episode has since been remade.)
