YAN passes his critical stage and SHUI is relieved. SHUI knows that HOI is determined to mend his ways. Since YAN does not want to prosecute HOI, SHUI decides to cancel the lawsuit and HOI is very grateful. KONG is overjoyed to find that all brothers have dispelled their misunderstanding and reunite again. After discussion with KONG, YEUNG and SHUI decide to merge their companies and strive for better business opportunities together . After separation with LAY, YEUNG is somber all the time. His brothers thus help them to reunite again. YEUNG and SHUI's business is growing prosperously. KONG also actualizes his dream of setting up his own restaurant. FUN returns to Hong Kong and asks KONG and SUM to meet with her. MAN is very nervous and tells SUM that FUN's child belongs to KONG. SUM hesitates if she should tell KONG the truth.
