With the old house of the PO family up for sale soon, PAK-TSUN points out that the ghosts of BAK WAH and YI LAN will perish once the old house is torn down. Thinking that PO FOON did not put enough effort into stopping the house from being sold, BAK WAH plans to do it himself. When PO YAN and PO YEE look for the title deed of the house, they accidentally find a missing person notice issued thirty years ago . Seizing the chance when PO YAN goes to submit a document, CHARLIE asks PO YAN out to lunch, adding that she looks very much like his mother. Meanwhile, PO YAN receives a phone call from the school, informing her that SIU-FEI suddenly lost control with her behaviour . PO YAN and MUI CHIU go to meet SIU-FEI's teacher, yet upon their departure, MUI CHIU cannot help feeling very jealous after seeing PO YAN and CHARLIE get acquainted with each other……
