YAT-SHING discovers that HO-YAN and YUEN KIU are holding hands. YUEN KIU has no choice but to reveal the truth to him. YAT-SHING is enraged. HO-YAN reveals that YUEN KIU had suffered a lot in the past 10 years. She tried hard to search for YAT-SHING and she was in great debt but she didn't complain at all. After learning about the truth, YAT-SHING concludes that it is his misfortune and he cannot blame others . SHING-CHIT and CHAK-SAI want to speak for YAT-SHING and they burst into HO-YAN's detective agency but they only see TSUI-YEE there. YAT-SHING goes to pick up CHI-CHUNG at school but the teacher says that his parent has picked him up already. YAT-SHING becomes emotional and he recalls the scene in the cave. YIP TSAU has been following YAT-SHING and she tries to console him . YAT-SHING learns that YUEN KIU has thrown their wedding ring to the beach and he goes to search for it. SHING-CHIT and CHAT-SAI try to help him.
