WAI-LEUNG passes the share purchase agreement to the board members and tells them that they will not have any business with the law firm once they sign the agreement. The members reprimand KING-CHANG for lying to them, but KING-CHANG claims that he has done everything he can. KAI-YIU goes to meet CHEUNG KEUNG in secret, and he wants CHEUNG KEUNG to take over the position of chairman. According to him, only CHEUNG KEUNG can outwit KING-CHANG . KING-CHANG tells WAI-LEUNG that he decides to merge the law firm with the Singaporean company, aiming to take the company global.
