HAN reported to ICAC that somebody tried to bribe her and thought there might be corruption in the department. After preliminary investigation, ICAC suspected HAN's colleague YIU and the architectural assistant PAN. CHING was sent to be the undercover agent. In the ferry, HAN met CHIU and they fell in love at the first sight. CHING pretended to have owned a great amount of debt and needed money urgently . She got the trust from YIU and YUEN and had forty thousand dollars at the first time. YAM asked YING to record the bank deposit receipt. YAM requested the TELA management to transfer CHING to another post where she had a larger scope of authorization. Then CHING demanded an increase in the bribes so as to force HUNG to come out and bargain. ICAC prepared well so as to get enough evidence to arrest HUNG . And CHING went to Cheung Chau to arrest the group leader CHIU.
