LAP successfully prosecuted KW AN for his income was not equivalent to his position and was sentenced to 5 years' imprisonment. KONG and CHOI bribed LAP on behalf of their client. Three of them go with the stream and were being watched closely by FAT and YING . FAT discovered that LAP had deposited six million and four hundred thousand dollars into his mother's Singapore account while KONG had three hundred thousand US dollars in two different accounts. Consequently, the court allowed ICAC to detain LAP's passport. LAP failed to have his passport back and fled away. FAT then notified the Interpol to issue an arrest warrant . ICAC was informed that LAP was hiding in Manila and ordered YING to send him back for sentence ....
