Assembling all the Axe Gang members and NGO-TIN's former protégés, SIU-HONG endeavors to send the women from the Chinese Sector to the French Concession. However, for him to do so, according to KING-CHUEN, they must get hold of the passes issued by the Japanese military. NGO-TIN is instructed by TOJO to convince three more businessmen into joining the East Asian Association for Peace . Upon his arrival at the meeting place, NGO-TIN surprisingly sees SIU-LAU instead of HON LAP show up. Whereas SIU-SHAN cannot help mocking NGO-TIN for fooling around after learning about his secret meeting with SIU-LAU. Meanwhile, SIU-HONG goes to have a word with HOK-YIU in hopes of borrowing his passes and truck. Fearing SIU-SHAN is going to know about it, HOK-YIU claims that he needs a moment to think about it……
