Zoe So is delighted when she receives a report from the gynecologist. Oi-ling feels apprehensive as Ip Ching decides to assign the task of removing brain tumor for Chi-kiu to her. Yat-to meet up with Ho-bun and Ming-cheung, and he puts forward his terms for entering the operating theater for Chi-kiu. Ip Ching tells Tong Ming Yat-to’s proposal is simply nonsense, and she has some alternative plan . Oi-ling is relieved as Yat-to abruptly stands in for her as chief surgeon to perform surgery on Chi-kiu. During the operation, Yat-to and Ip Ching face the dilemma of removing the brain tumor or preserving musical performance ability. Zoe So notices some Pompe disease patient’s condition deteriorates. Zoe So simply feels helpless as their mother tearfully mentions she cannot afford the exorbitant medical costs . Ip Ching and Zoe So pass some city street in their car, and they notice someone plunges down a building.
