In order to apologize, SHING-YEE borrows money from LAP-FUN and he offers the money to the dead person’s family members but they reject him. CHIT-HANG tries hard to train up MEI-CHING so that she could present herself well during the hearing. LAU MIU takes risk to attend the hearing so that she could speak for MEI-CHING. The prosecution side tries to provide a large amount of evidences but CHIT-HANG overrules them . He points out that LAP-FUN is not objective enough and YING-SUM finally admits that she may have blamed MEI-CHING wrongly. LAP-FUN meets up with CHIT-HANG. After thinking through the case, he decides to support CHIT-HANG in helping MEI-CHING. During the final stage of the hearing, MEI-CHING speaks for herself at the court . She presents herself fluently but the prosecution side suddenly provides some new evidences and MEI-CHING fails to explain it. CHIT-HANG is very shocked and it suddenly seems that they are going to lose.
