Counsel YU YING-WAI, who represents a shipyard, raises to defend against the charge filed by a mainland tycoon LAW PO. The main contention of the lawsuit is that LAW PO ordered a custom-made yacht from the shipyard, however, he felt dissatisfied with the yacht upon its delivery and asked for a refund from the shipyard with the liquidated damages totaling HK$100 million . As such, the shipyard hired YING-WAI as their defense counsel to traverse the allegation. To their surprise, the plaintiff's counsel LEE MING-YEUNG remains silent in court, and the only words he says during the trial is to ask the judge for a lunch break. During the court adjournment, LAW PO blames MING-YEUNG, whereas MING-YEUNG instead claims it's a sure win, requesting a bonus from LAW PO . After court resumes, MING-YEUNG tricks YING-WAI, making him act out of control emotionally, so Judge LUK SZE-YING has no choice but to announce a court adjournment……
