YING-WAI intends to summon KA-CHEUNG to testify on the trial day, whereas YIK-WO and YUE-FEI worry that KA-CHEUNG might reveal everything in court, so they decide to take initiative to pressure KA-CHEUNG. During the hearing, the prosecutor indicates that all the evidence points to KA-MING. Yet YING-WAI points out that KA-CHEUNG was also at the crime scene, so he asks KA-CHEUNG to appear in court . KA-CHEUNG goes to pieces after showing up in the court room. In view of this, MING-YEUNG senses there might be a conspiracy behind this. YIK-WO calls in MING-YEUNG, asking him to handle the litigation with regard to the late CHUEN-FU's estate. Unexpectedly, MING-YEUNG tenders his resignation as the senior partner, although he promises to help deal with the probate case . Once again, the probate case gets underway, ahead of which YING-WAI asks for SZE-YING's opinion with regard to the case……
