Fussa, Tokyo, home to the U.S. military's Yokota Air Base. In this area where American culture has taken root through music and fashion, there is a rock festival that has been going on for over 30 years. What sets it apart from other festivals is that the musicians performing on stage are a bit older. Most are in their 40s to 60s and work locally .
