Lena faces her first hurdle. When she returns home, Felix is gone, leaving nothing but a note. At the gynecologist’s office, Lena is not only met with a lack of understanding about her plans, but she also has to face a flood of questions. Although her sister Tina is there for her, Lena increasingly realizes that this burden is hers alone to bear . Tina, a medical student, is eager to provide her sister with the best medical knowledge she can, but she takes it a bit too far.
