Sean Fletcher and Sophie Evans present the annual Big Welsh Show for Children in Need. As well as finding out how people across Wales have been raising money for this year's appeal, we'll also travel around the country to see how the money you donate benefits young people in Wales . Joining Sean and Sophie are a host of special guests, including singer-songwriter Paul Carrack, who will perform one of his classic hits, and a massed children's choir drawn from four Welsh schools, who will give a special performance of this year's Children in Need song.
