In 1980, a group of people were brought together to form a clandestine close-knit group called The Aviary to discuss what the government knows about UFOs and E.T. contact. Richard Doty was a part of this group, and he reveals what they discussed and names the names of the who’s who from government and military agencies that made up this secret council . For five years they met, and we get an inside glimpse into what they discussed, the materials they reviewed, and what became of it all.
