Is it possible that humans who are contacted by ETs and UFOs on Earth are actually hybrid beings? Retired Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) agent Richard Doty shares his first-hand experiences of the Monarch Park Incident in Colorado and specifically with the contactee, Julie . Not only did she make contact with humanoid beings and their saucer craft, but these ETs also communicated with Julie telepathically and gave her a gift of unknown materials. After the incident, Julie worked with the AFOSI who’s DNA testing revealed that she herself might not be fully human.
