As the completion of his service term nears, Tony Rodrigues is about to enter the most mysterious part of the secret space programs, the return portion of 20 & Back. He admits that what he endured is still baffling to him, as he began his journey as a 9-year old boy, served 20 years, only to return to the same age he left . Years later, as his memories came flooding back, he is working to put many of these scattered fragments together to understand fully what happened to him. Currently, he in contact with many others who are also struggling to make sense of their fragmented memories.
