In south east London, kicking off the week are business owner Max, and his wife, professional singer Janelle, whose family roots are behind a complex Caribbean menu. While Janelle is the driving force in the kitchen, Max is tasked with putting the finishing touches to the main course, and believes his special sauce will be the vital element of the evening . Night two sees Michael and Laura reliving their Ibizan wedding with a Spanish themed menu, although after his performance on night one, it's fair to say David wouldn't have made Laura's guest list given the choice! The final night sees David and Sammi planning a party to end the week, balanced with a healthy menu. The guests are expecting big things, but are surprised by the simplicity of the menu . Can the hosts pull it out of the bag and blow away the competition?
