In a national television exclusive, the first identified victim in the Jared Fogle sex scandal speaks out only to Dr. Phil. Sixteen-year-old Analissa claims that when she was 14, she was a victim at the hands of the former executive director of the Jared Foundation, Russell Taylor. Analissa says, after watching the Dr .
