Ian bails Arthur out of a tight spot, whilst Frank discusses the tenancy of the Queen Vic with Mr Sparrow. It is the first day at the Dagmar for Kathy and Willmott-Brown celebrates with a bottle of champagne. Pete disapproves of her working there. Guizin arrives at the café to help out. Sue comes home with baby Ali and the residents hold a party for them where both Lofty and Michelle try to make amends . Magda breaks off her relationship with Wicksy and tells him to move out of the flat. She's hoping to exchange contracts with Willmott-Brown that day on 43 Albert Square, and tells Wicksy she'll now live there alone, but Willmott-Brown keeps avoiding her.
