FUNG carries out investigation on a new immigrant LI YUET NGOR. He discovers that NGOR is chasing a man called LO KAI SANG for a letter of credit and he suspects that NGOR is arranging bogus marriage for others. KIT finds that MING is repairing his car on the street and he tries to help him. MING claims that KIT is worse than an old car.
